Your personal freedom is led by your truth, the internal compass directing you to things that are most important to you. I believe that with each type of freedom, there is an accountable action. You are not free if you feel unnecessary restrictions such as guilt, shame, judgment, resentment or criticism. I refer to my process as Accountable Freedom. In turn, I am a Freedom Cultivator.

With the Accountable Freedom process, you will discover your restrictions or limiting beliefs and redefine them. You will be able to make connections with your experiences and have a better understanding of your behavior. In order for this to happen fully, you must have a supportive, loving and nonjudgmental sounding board that reminds you of what you stand for with an objective perspective. This is where all of my training and education becomes an excellent value to cultivating your growth.
